{"id":94,"date":"2020-09-19T14:05:59","date_gmt":"2020-09-19T14:05:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mesvadodara.com\/?page_id=94"},"modified":"2021-01-05T14:26:06","modified_gmt":"2021-01-05T14:26:06","slug":"mes-trust-details","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mesvadodara.com\/?page_id=94","title":{"rendered":"M.E.S Trust Details"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>GENESIS OF EVOLUTION<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The year 1942 is a landmark, beginning of a new era in the history of Muslim Education in Baroda.<\/li><li>In the year 1936 an organization with the name of \u201cLok-Upkarak Mandal\u201d was created to propagate the cause of education.<\/li><li>The progress from 1936 to 1942 was negligible as \u201cLok-Upkarak Mandal\u201d was dormant<\/li><li>Janab Rasoolkhan Pathan Saheb &amp; Janab Azeem Tyabji Saheb took the reins of the new organization. Both were great visionaries. They established \u201cThe Baroda State Muslim Education Society High School\u201d which started functioning from 1st December 1942 at Ambegaonkar\u2019s wada in Raopura, Baroda<\/li><li>Both Janab Rasoolkhan Saheb &amp; Janab Tyabji Saheb wanted to build a citadel of learning with a motto that an enlightened Muslim is a source of infinite strength.<\/li><li>Therefore to make Muslim community self \u2013 reliant and competitive, it was felt necessary to empower them with high quality education.<\/li><li>Janab Rasoolkhan Pathan Saheb donated his entire property to Muslim Education Society (MES) &amp; Janab Tyabji Saheb donated more then 60 years of his selfless services to MES. He was the President of the Society for more than 50 years of his life and left for his heavenly abode in 2004. During his tenure, the Society flourished and developed into a citadel of learning.<\/li><li>Both acted in a manner befitting an epitome. They had ebullience, excellence, passion, perseverance, tenacity and commitment to a cause of Muslim education in Baroda.<\/li><li>As a result, we have Four Kinder Garten Schools, Four Primary, Four Secondary &amp; Three Higher Secondary Schools as well as two English Medium Primary Schools and a Technical Education Institute with the Strength of around 6000 Students. Out of three High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools, one of them in exclusively for girls.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>MISSION<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p><strong>In order to translate Our Vision into reality our mission is :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The trustees of the managing board of MES are energized by passion to be at the forefront of education and capacity building of Muslim Students of Baroda.<\/li><li>We commit ourselves to provide Secular, Supportive, Caring, Ethical &amp; Spiritual education and extensive quality training that will encourage Students and Staff to give out their best in terms of their performance and outreach.<\/li><li>We commit to promote all types of extra curricular activities which shall be in consonance with Islamic prescriptions and culture.<\/li><li>We shall remain in the forefront in creating educational awareness and shall strive to secure 100% school admissions for the eligible children.<\/li><li>We shall develop best educational practices and processes and shall adopt them to achieve high quality in education.<\/li><li>We shall inculcate secularism, discipline and caring attitude amongst teachers and students and shall create and maintain congenial atmosphere for the same.<\/li><li>We shall identify and develop the hidden talents of our teachers and students. We shall encourage and motivate the teachers and parents to elicit their co-operation and support for developing their passion for higher performance by teachers and students.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>AIMS &amp; OBJECTIVE<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p><strong>As enshirned in our constitution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>MES aims at creating, disseminating and dispersing Knowledge and Skills enhancement of the Students. Shall provide access to high quality education for Muslims through formal and non formal streams including Adult Education<\/li><li>Provide a wide range of professional and vocational courses to meet the Socio-economic demands.<\/li><li>Inculcate among Muslims, positive self concept, character, confidence, awareness of community issues and constitutional rights with a rational outlook and also inculcate universal human values like compassion, discipline, dedication, honesty, integrity, ethicality, sincerity, courage, altruism, tolerance, truthfullness and countless other values of Islam.<\/li><li>With technological, economical, cultural and Politico-Social changes of the 21st Century, we at MES shall continuously define and redefine our objectives and priorities to make our inputs pertinent and relevant to the needs of the time.<\/li><li>Shall enable the Students, Staff and all Stakeholders to take part in the endeavour to enrich the quality of life of Muslims of Baroda City.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To achieve our objectives, the society aims :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To establish schools, madrasas, boarding-houses, orphanages, libraries, and reading rooms at proper places or support them.<\/li><li>To give commercial, industrial, technical, literary, spiritual and physical education and establish training facilities where necessary or support them, and to provide help to the employees of the society, their widows and children.<\/li><li>To provide scholarship, prizes, books, stationary, and necessary educational equipments for Advancement and furtherance of the cause of education.<\/li><li>In order to meet the challenge of the new millennium our managing committee has approved Policy of Quality Education, Vision and Mission to achieve our goal and expressed commitment by unanimously passing the resolution to that effect.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\"><strong>FUTURE PLANS &amp; SCHEMES<\/strong><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>M.E.S. GOLDEN JUBILEE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE BUILDING, YAKUTPURA<\/strong><br><br>The society has decided to start a full fledged technical institution in its Golden Jubilee Year 1986 for which separate building has been constructed with the assistance of the \u201cIslamic Development Bank\u201d, JEDDAH (K.S.A.)<br><br>Under the Project \u201cIN\u20130031\u201d approved for USD 360,000.00 Main Building comprising of administrative block, class rooms, drawing rooms, Laboratory, two additional rooms for conducting workshop- a total of 24 rooms was completed first and then construction of remaining work comprising of 10 rooms for workshop and Library etc were constructed. The total estimated cost is Rs. 90 lacs i.e. Rs. 9.00 million which includes for machinery and equipments for 5 technical courses. Approval is received for Four courses an they have been started in stateges.
